CancelLatIon PolIcy
In the event of cancellation of a booking or the need to change the dates of a booking, you must notify us in writing by email to info@the-arc-collection.com.
In the case of daily bookings, the cancellation conditions set a refund percentage depending on the time of cancellation:
- Up to 24 hours before check-in: 100%.
- Less than 24 hours before check-in: Not applicable.
In the case of bookings of weeks or months, the refund percentage would be as follows:
- Up to 15 days before check-in: 100% refund
- Less than 15 days before check-in: Not applicable.
Payments
The payment schedule depends on the length of stay. For bookings of 60 days or less, the full amount of the rent must be paid in advance, together with the price of the services you wish to hire, as well as the deposit, which is calculated according to the selected property.
For rentals of more than two months, our sales team will request payment of the first two months of your reservation in order to confirm the rental. The remaining monthly payments must be paid one month in advance. The deposit can be paid by credit card on arrival at the property.
To confirm a reservation at The Arc Collection, payment can be made by bank transfer (for international transfers it must be made 7 days prior to arrival; for national transfers it must be made 72 hours prior to arrival) or by credit card.
If after five days the client has not paid the rent on the scheduled day, and The Arc Collection is not able to charge it to the bank card provided by the client, a 5% charge will be made for each day of delay on the amount of the rent.
Deposit
In our monthly rental flats, the deposit can be paid at the time of check-in. It is compulsory to pay the deposit before the start of the booking.
The deposit will be collected at check-in by credit card, never in cash.
ArrIval
Our official check-in time is from 14:00 to 00:00. Prior to your arrival in the city, please let us know your estimated time of arrival at The Arc Collection.
Upon arrival at the building, you will be required to sign the following documents: rental agreement and credit card authorisation document (it is essential to present the credit card that will serve as insurance during your stay).
The photo identification with which the booking was made must be presented.
Stay
In all accommodation we provide a small welcome pack with coffee, milk, sugar and saccharine, as well as hand soap in all bathrooms and amenities, plus a bar of detergent and dishwasher. If you would like us to stock the fridge and/or pantry, we can arrange this. Just contact our reception team, who will confirm the cost of the service depending on what you want to buy.
In addition, you will find sheets and towels in all the flats which will be changed once a week with the weekly cleaning of the flat.
During your stay, beds will be made and rubbish will be collected every day.
The flats are equipped with washing machine, oven/microwave, refrigerator, television, telephone, as well as toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, iron, clothes horse, electric broom, mop and safe.
All flats have free high-speed Wi-Fi and smart home systems to control the air conditioning and heating. All flats have smart smoke and humidity detectors.
